Nuka or rice bran made from Japanese rice.
It is a universal product most often used in the kitchen for tsukemono, or Japanese silage.
However, for centuries it has also been used as a cosmetic, which kept the skin young, smooth and clear.
Its renaissance took place in the Edo era, when women stopped whitening their skin and turned to naturalness and skin care. Nuka was a substance used on a large scale by Geisha who rubbed their daughters' bodies with nuk paste during their baths, which also allowed them to get rid of unnecessary hair in the future.
To this day, you can find nuca-based cosmetics in many stores.
Nuki paste can be used as a face mask after a bath, or as a face and body scrub during a shower. After draining the nuka water, we get a natural lotion and spray it on the face. It is a cheap and wonderful natural and organic skin care product. Thanks to rice ceramides that penetrate deep into the skin, nourishing and protecting it.
The package contains 550g of nuca.
