Description
The bento box is a Japanese tradition of carrying lunches in special containers. Its history dates back as far as 1,200 years. Farmers, unable to easily return home for dinner, took food to the fields in traditional containers. This custom spread to the nobility, and over time became part of the everyday life of both students and employees in Japan.
The box is made of a unique, antibacterial material.
