A matcha tea bowl and chasen set is now available with a Spirited Away design! The tea bowl is made of Akahada ware and depicts a camellia and a camellia. The Takayama chasen, a traditional craft made from black bamboo, has a face carved into the handle. Each is stamped with "Spirited Away" on the back and handle. Akahada ware is fired using Nara's iron-rich clay, so the slightly red base is coated with glaze. It has a soft milky texture. Takayama Chasen is a traditional craft product that is carefully made by hand in Takayama Town, Ikoma City, Nara Prefecture. *Due to the characteristics of the product, there may be individual differences in shape and color.
