We offer free shipping on orders with a product value of ¥8,000 or more.

For orders under ¥8,000, the shipping fee is:

• ¥500 for most countries  
• ¥1,500 for the United States, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Sweden, and the United Kingdom  
• ¥2,500 for Austria, Belgium, Portugal, and the Czech Republic

Shipping time depends on the selected method. Air Mail usually takes around 2 weeks, while EMS delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days.

This depends on the destination country. Please note that all orders from WABI-SABI STORE are shipped directly from Japan.

Starting October 2, 2026, the way VAT, customs duties and import fees are handled has changed for selected destinations.

For some countries, all applicable duties, taxes and import fees are collected at checkout, which means that no additional import charges should be required upon delivery.

For other countries, some charges may still need to be paid upon import or delivery.

Yes. We offer free shipping for orders where the total value of the products alone is 8,000 JPY or more, excluding shipping costs and any additional fees. This offer does not currently apply to orders shipped to the United States. For eligible orders, the shipping method is selected automatically by the Store.
