How to Prepare Matcha

For Traditional Matcha (Usucha – Thin Tea)

  1. Sift 1 teaspoon (about 2g) of matcha into a tea bowl.
  2. Add 60-70ml (2-2.5oz) of hot water (80°C / 176°F).
