How to Prepare:

  • For Baking (Cakes, Cookies, etc.):

    1. Add 5–10g of matcha powder to your recipe for every 500g of dry ingredients.
    2. Mix thoroughly to ensure an even color and flavor distribution.
  • For Beverages (Matcha Latte):

    1. Add 2g of matcha powder to a mug.
    2. Pour 150ml of hot milk or water and stir until smooth.
    3. Sweeten to taste, if desired.
