We offer free shipping when the total value of the products in your order is ¥8,000 or more. Free shipping eligibility is calculated based on the value of the products only, excluding shipping fees, taxes, and any additional charges.

For orders under ¥8,000, the standard shipping fee is:

• ¥880 for most countries
• ¥1,800 for orders shipped to the United States
• ¥2,500 for orders shipped to Austria, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Belgium, Portugal, and Luxembourg

Starting July 24, 2026, orders under €150 shipped to Austria, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Belgium, Portugal, and Luxembourg will be sent exclusively via DHL.

Free shipping still applies to these countries when the total product value is ¥8,000 or more.

Shipping time depends on the selected method. Air Mail usually takes around 2 weeks, while EMS delivery typically arrives within 3–7 business days.

This depends on the destination country. Please note that all orders from WABI-SABI STORE are shipped directly from Japan.

• European Union

Orders up to €150: VAT is paid at checkout. From 1 July 2026, an additional customs fee of approximately €3 for each different customs tariff category is expected to apply to parcels valued under €150.

Orders over €150: VAT and standard customs duties are paid upon delivery. The new €3 fee does not apply to orders valued at €150 or more.

• United Kingdom

Orders up to £135: VAT is paid directly at checkout. This means that customers should not normally be required to pay VAT again upon delivery.

Any applicable customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other charges are not included and may still need to be paid upon delivery.

Orders over £135: VAT, customs duties, and any other applicable import charges are not collected at checkout and must be paid upon delivery according to UK customs regulations.

Sales tax may apply at checkout depending on your state.

• Other countries

No taxes are charged at checkout. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, and import fees must be paid upon delivery according to local regulations.

The final customs classification and any additional charges are determined by the customs authorities and/or the delivery carrier. WABI-SABI STORE cannot guarantee the final amount in advance.
