Pentel Multi 8 Serie Multi-Blyantsett med Refiller – Kunst Multi 8 / Multi 8

The Pentel Multi 8 Series is a long-running Japanese multi-lead writing system designed to carry several different colors and writing functions inside a single compact pen-style holder.

Instead of carrying a full set of colored pencils, pencils, highlighters or pens separately, the Multi 8 system allows users to select between multiple built-in leads simply by rotating the selector and extending the desired lead.

The compact format makes the series especially convenient for drawing, sketching, color coding, studying, planning, journaling, note-taking and organizing information while traveling or working away from a desk.

Each holder stores eight different leads internally, allowing multiple colors or writing types to remain ready for use inside one portable body.

The lead-selection mechanism is designed for quick switching between colors. Rotate the selector until the indicator aligns with the desired color or writing function, then operate the holder to extend the selected lead.

The 2.0 mm lead format used for the colored and graphite leads provides a broader, pencil-like writing and drawing experience compared with ordinary fine mechanical pencil leads. The leads can also be sharpened with the included sharpener when a finer point is required for detailed drawing, lettering or precise marking.

This listing includes three different versions of the Multi 8 system, each developed for a different style of use.

Art Multi 8 Refill Set Included

The Art Multi 8 is designed especially for sketching, illustration and creative work.

Its transparent body allows the colored leads stored inside the holder to remain visible, making it easy to identify the available colors at a glance. Off-white components around the clip and top of the pen create a neutral appearance that does not visually interfere with artwork or color selection.

Eight 2.0 mm colored leads are installed in the holder:

• Red
• Blue
• Brown
• Orange
• Yellow
• Yellow Green
• Sky Blue
• Pink

The set also includes 12 individual replacement color leads, expanding the available palette beyond the eight colors stored inside the holder.

The included replacement colors are:

• Red
• Blue
• Brown
• Orange
• Yellow
• Yellow Green
• Sky Blue
• Pink
• Black
• Green
• Pale Orange
• Purple

Because the internal leads can be replaced individually, users can customize the eight positions according to the colors they use most frequently.

This makes Art Multi 8 particularly practical for travel sketching, illustrated journals, planner decoration, architectural notes, design work and compact art kits.

A dedicated lead sharpener is included for creating a finer point when detailed drawing is required.

Multi 8 Refill Set Included

The standard Multi 8 focuses on visual organization using a combination of colored and graphite leads.

The current version contains eight 2.0 mm leads:

• Red
• Blue
• Green
• Orange
• Yellow
• Pink
• Purple
• HB Graphite

This combination provides a balanced selection of colors for everyday note-taking, diagrams, mind maps, schedules, study notes and visual information organization.

Different colors can be assigned to categories, priorities, subjects, tasks or project stages, making it easier to structure information without carrying several separate pencils.

The HB graphite lead also allows ordinary writing and sketching, making the Multi 8 useful as both a color-coding tool and an everyday pencil.

Replacement leads corresponding to the included colors are supplied with the set, together with a dedicated sharpener.

Compact Eight-Lead System

All three models are based on Pentel's Multi 8 concept: eight writing leads in one portable holder.

The system offers a convenient alternative to carrying several individual pens or pencils, particularly for people who regularly use color to organize information.

The slim pen-style body can be stored in a pencil case, planner pouch, desk organizer or travel stationery kit.

Because individual leads can be replaced, the holder itself can continue to be used after the original leads are consumed.

Compatible replacement options within the Multi 8 system include colored leads, graphite leads, fluorescent leads and dedicated ballpoint refills, depending on the model.

The Multi 8 series is useful for a wide variety of applications, including:

• Sketching and illustration
• Travel journaling
• Planner decoration
• Study notes
• Color-coded schedules
• Mind mapping
• Diagramming
• Proofreading
• Document annotation
• To-do lists
• Project organization
• School and university notes
• Creative brainstorming

For artists, the Art Multi 8 provides a portable color palette in a single holder.

For students and office users who combine highlighting, annotation and ordinary writing, the Super Multi 8 offers the widest range of writing functions.

For general visual organization and color-coded note-taking, the standard Multi 8 provides a practical selection of colored and graphite leads.
