NEOLINK SHINOBU Pore-Blurring Primer is a Japanese makeup base designed to instantly smooth the appearance of pores and control shine throughout the day. The lightweight formula blends seamlessly into the skin, creating a soft, matte and silky finish while helping makeup stay in place.

The primer uses a combination of sebum-absorbing powders and light-diffusing particles to blur the look of uneven texture, enlarged pores, and fine lines. The transparent formula adapts naturally to the skin tone, making it suitable for both minimal makeup and full foundation routines.

In addition to its makeup-smoothing effect, the formula contains skincare ingredients that help maintain hydration and support smoother skin during wear.
