Important Notice for EU Customers

From 1 July 2026, the European Union is expected to introduce a new fixed customs duty of €3 for each different customs tariff item included in a parcel valued under €150.

This means that the charge may depend on the customs classification of the products included in the parcel, not simply on the number of items ordered.

For example:

• If you order cream several times, it may generally count as one customs tariff item, so the additional charge may be around €3.
• If you order cream several times and gummies several times in one parcel, these may generally count as two different customs tariff items, so the additional charge may be around €6.

These examples are for general guidance only. The final customs classification and charge amount are decided by customs authorities and/or the delivery carrier. WABI-SABI STORE cannot guarantee the final amount in advance.

There are no changes to the customs duties for purchases with a total value of €150 or more.

To shop in the most cost-effective way under the new rules, ordering several pieces of the same product, also known as bulk buying, may generally be more predictable from a customs point of view. This means buying multiple pieces of the same item or similar items in one order.

The additional duty will most likely depend on the HS code / customs classification of the products. In general, if several products share the same HS code or the same customs tariff classification, they may be treated as one customs tariff item. For example, if you order several different creams and they are classified under the same HS code, the additional charge may be around €3 rather than €9.

Customers can also use online HS code search tools, such as tariffnumber.com, to check the possible customs classification of products. Please note that this is for general reference only, and the final classification is always decided by customs authorities and/or the delivery carrier.

Orders containing many different product categories may still be placed as usual, but the final customs charges may vary depending on how the items are classified.

Due to these upcoming changes, we will temporarily suspend sales of the following box products to customers in the European Union from 11 June 2026:

• Peko Peko Box
• Snack Box
• Kawaii Box

These boxes contain many different items, so the final customs charges may be difficult to estimate in advance. The timing for resuming sales is currently undecided.

Regarding skincare sets, we are planning to offer several different product combinations that may be more suitable under the new customs rules.

After the new rules come into effect, more practical details should become clearer. We will carefully monitor the situation and adjust our offer so that shopping at WABI-SABI STORE remains as clear, convenient and cost-effective as possible for our EU customers.

Discontinuation of Rewards System

Due to recurring technical issues, we will be discontinuing our rewards (membership) system.

Remaining points will be converted into discount codes:

• 0+ points → 3% discount
• 0+ points → 5% discount
• 800+ points → 10% discount

Everyone receives the -3% and -5% codes and they are valid until the end of May 2026.

We implemented a VAT system for EU orders:

• Below 150 EUR: VAT paid at checkout
• Above 150 EUR: VAT + customs at delivery

*Shipping is not included in the 150 EUR threshold.
