Rewards & Membership Tutorial

Here we will explain how our rewards system and membership for store members work. If you join the system by creating an account in our store, you will be able to collect points for each order and small tasks like following us on social media or writing a review. We really appreciate every review because it helps other customers—so if you’re happy with your product, please let others know! If you add a photo—even better. You will receive more points too!

How the Rewards Program Works

The steps below show exactly how to join, where to find your points, and how to redeem rewards.

    You’ll get 50 points instantly just for signing up.

    Open the Rewards panel

    From the main page, press the trophy icon. There you can see your points, actions, and rewards.

    Earn points through orders & actions

    Complete simple tasks (like following us on socials) and collect points for each order.

    Redeem points for rewards

    Exchange points for coupons or gifts and use them at checkout (see important notes below).

How can I earn points?
Create an account, place orders, and complete small actions in the Rewards panel (like following us on social media or leaving a review). You can always see the full list of actions and your current points in the trophy icon Rewards panel.
How can I spend my points?
Open the Rewards panel (trophy icon), choose a reward (coupon or gift), and redeem it. Your redeemed rewards are saved under “View your rewards”.
How do I participate?
Simply create a store account. Once you’re signed up, open the Rewards panel to start earning and redeeming.
Can I have more than one reward in one order?
You can redeem multiple rewards in your account, but only one discount code can be applied per order. If you want to use a free gift reward, remove any other discount code at checkout.
I redeemed a reward—where can I find my code?
Open the Rewards panel (trophy icon) and look for “View your rewards”. Your redeemed coupons and gift codes are saved there for future use.
My code doesn’t work at checkout—what should I do?
First, confirm you’re only using one discount code. If a different discount (bulk / percentage / etc.) is active, the free product discount may not apply. Remove the other code and try again.
Can I redeem a free product without buying anything?
No—free products can only be redeemed when you buy something (a paid item must be in the cart).
Do points expire?
Yes. Points expire after 1 year.
How do review points work (and what about photos)?
Reviews help other customers choose confidently, so we truly appreciate them. A standard review earns 5 points, and a review with a photo earns 10 points.
