This premium deep-steamed hojicha (roasted green tea) is crafted from carefully selected Shizuoka tea leaves and finished with a unique “fire-starting” roasting technique, enhancing its rich, nutty aroma while maintaining a gentle, mellow taste. Brewing Instructions

  1. Prepare hot water at around 100°C.

  2. Use 2 g of tea leaves per 100 ml of hot water.

  3. Steep for about 30 seconds, then pour evenly into cups.

  4. Adjust steeping time for stronger flavor as desired.
