Shipping Time After Placing an Order

We ship within 5 business days after receiving your order. If your order hasn’t been shipped after 5 business days, please feel free to contact us.

The difference in shipping methods

Shipping Method	Delivery Time	Description
Air Mail	2 to 3 weeks	This is the standard shipping method. Packaging will be split for every 2kg of the order weight. For example, if the order weight is 4500g, the shipment will be divided into 3 parcels. Additionally, regardless of weight, if the product size is large, the packaging may be divided as well.
EMS	5 to 10 days	This is International Express Mail. Delivery is possible in about one week, depending on the region. Regardless of the order weight, the shipment will be consolidated into one parcel for delivery.

• During certain seasons such as Black Friday and Christmas, international logistics worldwide can become congested, which may cause delays in all shipping methods. Please be aware of this in advance.
• Each country has prohibited items that cannot be imported. After receiving an order, we always check to ensure that no prohibited items are included. If any prohibited items are found, we may offer an exchange or cancel the product.
• Our store uses Japanese Yen (JPY) as the base currency. Please be aware that prices may fluctuate depending on the exchange rate.
• Our store does not collect taxes from customers.
• For customers in Belgium: We have received information from our customers that Belgium Post may charge additional fees for inspecting the contents of packages, in addition to the tax fee. Please keep this in mind when placing an order.
