Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made through our website. It has been prepared in accordance with applicable European Union consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and the Sale of Goods Directive (EU) 2019/771.

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods or when a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.

You may use a clear written statement (for example, an email) informing us of your decision to withdraw from the contract.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return under the withdrawal right:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging where possible.
  • The item must not show signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.

You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

3. Return Shipping

Unless otherwise agreed, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Returned goods must be sent to the address provided by our customer support team.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning goods.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed using the same payment method that was used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof that the goods have been returned.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided proof of return, whichever occurs first.

5. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

According to Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to certain types of goods, including:

  • Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if they were unsealed after delivery.
  • Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Sealed audio, video, or software products that were unsealed after delivery.

6. Damaged or Defective Goods

If the goods you received are damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to remedies under the EU Sale of Goods Directive (EU) 2019/771.

In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos of the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Repair of the product
  • Partial refund
  • Full refund

7. Refund Processing Time

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. After the refund has been issued, it may take several business days for the funds to appear in your account.

8. Refused Deliveries, Customs Refusal, or Unclaimed Parcels

If the parcel is returned to Japan by the postal operator due to reasons attributable to the Customer, including but not limited to:

  • the Customer failing to collect the parcel within the specified time
  • the Customer providing an incorrect or incomplete delivery address
  • delivery being impossible for reasons attributable to the Customer
  • the Customer refusing to accept the parcel or failing to complete customs or postal procedures in time

In such cases, the Store may offer reshipment after the Customer pays the actual reshipping cost. The reshipping cost is calculated based on the actual shipping fee according to the total weight of the products and parcel. This also applies if the original order qualified for free shipping at the time of purchase.

If the Customer chooses cancellation instead of reshipment, or if reshipment is not possible, the Store may cancel the order and deduct a cancellation fee of 20% of the total order amount from the refund to cover shipping fee.

In some cases, depending on the condition of the returned parcel, product type, customs status, storage period, or shipping restrictions, the Customer may not be able to choose between reshipment and cancellation. The available option will be determined by the Store based on the circumstances of the returned shipment.

If the parcel is returned for reasons not attributable to the Customer, the Store may reship the order free of charge or issue a full refund.
