Ashirira Foot Relax Sheets - 30 Sheets

Japanese foot-care sheets designed to be applied to the soles of the feet, particularly before bedtime. Each pack contains 30 treatment sheets together with adhesive fixing sheets.

The sheets contain bamboo/tree sap-based powder combined with ingredients that differ depending on the selected variant. They are designed as an easy overnight foot-care treatment for people whose feet feel tired after standing, walking, travelling or working throughout the day.

Simply attach the treatment sheet to the adhesive sheet, apply it to the sole of the foot and leave it in place overnight. The powder-containing sheet may become brown and moist during use as it absorbs moisture.

How to Use
