Please note that order fulfillment may be slightly delayed as this product may need to be sourced directly from the manufacturer before shipping.
The Noren Origami Earrings are delicate Japanese accessories handcrafted from vibrant washi paper. Each miniature crane is carefully folded by a Japanese artisan, making every pair a unique expression of traditional origami craftsmanship.
The lightweight paper motifs are coated with a thin layer of polyester resin to help preserve their shape and protect them from light moisture and dirt. Their dangling design moves gently when worn, adding an elegant Japanese accent to everyday outfits, kimono or yukata.
The earring posts and fittings are made from surgical stainless steel, a material commonly chosen for its durability and lower risk of skin irritation compared with many conventional metals.
Care Instructions
Avoid prolonged contact with water, perfume, cosmetics and excessive humidity. Although the resin coating provides limited protection against light rain, the earrings are not fully waterproof.
After use, wipe the metal fittings gently with a soft, dry cloth and store the earrings away from direct sunlight and moisture.
Allergy Notice
Surgical stainless steel is generally considered less likely to cause irritation, but metal sensitivity varies between individuals. Hypoallergenic performance cannot be guaranteed. Discontinue use immediately if redness, itching, swelling or discomfort occurs.
