This listing includes two traditional Japanese lacquerware plate sets, one in black and
one in red, with 6 small plates in each box (12 plates in total). Both sets are presented in
individual wooden storage boxes, each marked with the auspicious Kotobuki (寿) character,
symbolizing longevity, happiness, and celebration in Japanese culture.
Each plate is finished in a smooth lacquered surface and decorated with delicate gold motifs
inspired by traditional Japanese floral designs. The contrasting black and red colors
represent a classic pairing in Japanese tableware, often associated with festive occasions,
