This Japanese formula combines a micellar water layer with an oil-based emollient layer, allowing it to quickly dissolve waterproof mascara, eyeliner, glitter eyeshadow, and long-lasting lipstick without harsh rubbing.

The dual-layer formula works in two stages. The oil layer quickly dissolves heavy makeup, while micellar cleansing ingredients derived from lotion water capture and remove makeup residue from the skin. This allows makeup to lift away smoothly while leaving the skin fresh and comfortable without greasy residue.

Enriched with Vitamin B derivative (Panthenol) and Vitamin E derivative (Tocopherol Acetate), the formula helps moisturize and protect delicate eyelashes and the sensitive skin around the eyes. Because makeup is removed without rubbing, it helps reduce stress on lashes and the fragile eye area.

How to Use

1. Shake the bottle well to mix the water and oil layers.

2. Soak a cotton pad with the remover.

3. Place the cotton pad gently over the eyelid or lips for about 10 seconds.

4. Wipe gently without rubbing.

For very stubborn waterproof makeup, leave the cotton pad on the area for 20–30 seconds before wiping.
