Kao MegRhythm Medical Steam Heat Sheets – Direct-to-Skin, Unscented, 16 Sheets

The Kao MegRhythm Medical Steam Heat Sheets are disposable direct-to-skin warming sheets designed to deliver gentle steam heat to areas such as the neck, shoulders, lower back and abdomen.

This 2026 renewed version combines MegRhythm's signature steam-generating heat with a newly improved stretch structure that helps the sheet fit more closely to the body and stay securely in place during movement.

Once the individual package is opened, the heat-generating material begins to warm automatically. No microwave, batteries, hot water or external power source is required.

The sheet provides a comfortable skin-surface temperature of approximately 40°C and continues warming for approximately 5 to 8 hours.

The warm steam is designed to reach the applied area gradually and promote blood circulation, making the product suitable for use on areas affected by muscle stiffness and fatigue.

The sheet should only be stretched lightly when applied, with approximately 3 cm or less of extension as a guide.

Unlike clothing-mounted warming patches, this version is specifically designed to be attached directly to the skin.

The adhesive area is designed to minimize unnecessary contact with the skin while still keeping the sheet securely positioned over the desired area.

Simply peel away the release paper and apply the sheet directly to clean, dry skin.
