How to Use

1. Shake with cap on (4–5 times until you hear the click).

2. Apply before eyeshadow for the sharpest lines.

3. If flow looks light, press tip lightly on tissue, cap, store horizontally for a few minutes, then re-use.

4. Remove with warm water.
