Crafted with a blend of two types of miso, pork bone, and chicken bone extracts, then enhanced with doubanjiang (spicy chili bean paste), garlic, and chili oil, it brings together savory, spicy, and aromatic elements into one concentrated sauce. This umakara (spicy and savory) miso flavor pairs perfectly with udon noodles and your favorite toppings like seasoned egg, meat miso, green onions, or chili threads.
